Price Increase 1st October 2026

Price increase from 1st October 2026
Due to the continued increase in the cost of running our business — including employer National Insurance contributions, rising minimum wage rates, insurance, training and health & safety requirements — we will unfortunately need to make a small increase to our prices from 1st October 2026.
The increases will be:
Current price
Under £10 increasing by £1.00
£10.50 – £15 increasing by £1.50
£15.50 – £20 increasing by £2.00
£20.50 – £25 increasing by £2.50
£25.50 – £30 increasing by £3.00
And so on…
We are proud to offer a traditional window cleaning service
Traditional window cleaning is becoming increasingly uncommon, particularly among larger established window cleaning companies.Most companies of our size offering the same level of service, insurance and guarantees have moved towards water-fed pole cleaning.
We know that many of our customers much prefer the traditional method, and we are committed to continuing to provide it.
However, traditional window cleaning is more labour-intensive and comes with additional risks and costs. As we have grown and taken on more employees, our employers' liability insurance has increased significantly. We have also invested heavily in official, certified training for our staff and employ a professional health & safety consultancy to ensure that our procedures, risk assessments and working practices remain up to date and compliant.These are important investments, but they also contribute to the cost of providing the service.
Our prices remain competitive
Before making this change, I spent considerable time researching other local window cleaning companies and comparing their prices and services.
Even after this increase, our prices remain significantly lower than many of our competitors, particularly when you consider the level of service, insurance and guarantees we provide.
Your feedback really matters to us
We also regularly ask our customers for feedback and ratings through our customer service system.
The response has been fantastic. The overwhelming majority of customers rate us 4 or 5 out of 5, with 5 being by far the most common score.
We are also regularly receiving 5 star Trustpilot reviews.
This feedback is incredibly important to us and gives us confidence that we are providing a service that our customers value.
I am also very proud of the team we have built. Our window cleaners work hard to maintain the standards we expect, although of course, like everyone, we are human and occasionally things can go wrong. That's why all our work is guaranteed — if you ever have a problem with the quality of your clean, please get in touch and we will put it right.
No further increase until April 2028
We appreciate that nobody likes a price increase, and we have therefore made this decision very carefully.
To give you some certainty, there will be no further price increase until April 2028.
From April 2028, any increase will be based on either the increase in the National Minimum Wage or inflation, whichever is appropriate at the time.
